Program Overview

• The Parent and Tot is geared toward children ages 2 to 3 years old. The program is aimed at introducing children to cross country skiing and a healthy, active lifestyle through organized activity and active play. 

• This class is for parents to bring their children and play games and sing songs on skis.

• A parent/guardian must play and sing with children during class but parents do not need to be on skis.

When? How Much?

Cost: $30.00 (does not include Family Membership)

30 min class, once a week, 4 weeks, 3 sessions available

Saturday 1:30 - 2:00pm

​

3 sessions (Nov - Dec; Jan - Feb; Feb - Mar)

​

We encourage you to sign your child up for more than one session.

Where do I get equipment? 

Ski equipment (skis & boots) will be available for each lesson from the Equipment Room. No seasonal rentals.

Parent involvement

Parents are expected to help with clothes and equipment, joining in classes and games, and arranging refreshments. Parents are also encouraged to become certified instructors by taking the training courses arranged by the ski club.equipment
