Cold Weather and skiing
With winter comes cold temperatures and to enjoy the frosty weather you must be prepared. Dress accordingly to the temperatures, in layers to keep warm. A base layer that wicks away sweats from the body is best then a warm layer and an outer shell to shield you from the wind. Keep hands, feet warm and your head covered to prevent loss of heat. When finished skiing remove the layers and redress with warm dry clothing so you don't cool down too much and get chilled.
Lessons will be cancelled when there is a wind chill temperature of -25 or less.
